Well, I definitely indulged too much during my birthday weekend. +4.6 pounds this week. I will be spending a little more time at the gym to lose the birthday gain.

Pfft. Whatev. Ricky, you’re still going to get there. And I’m so glad that you had a great birthday (adn you ran a freaking 10k!!).
No worries man, it’s your birthday, everyone is allowed! Keep it up you already ran a bloody 10k, that’s pretty awesome in itself.
Just keep on going and think about the next run your going to do. I know your more motivated now then you have ever been!
